I'm exciting to announce that KAIGHT will soon be the first US-based bricks and mortar store to stock the organic sleepwear line Alas The Label. The Australian label has been on my radar for awhile -- those prints! -- and I'm so happy it's finally here!
Kaight and Alas are a natural fit. At Alas, the designers believe they have a responsibility to not only respect the planet but to also respect those involved in making their garments. They believe in full transparency so that consumers can sleep easy -- in beautiful garments.
Their collection is made in India, where the cotton is also grown, spun, woven and dyed, ensuring a low-carbon footprint. Additionally, their garments are constructed with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton, in fair labor, sweatshop-free factories.
