About Annika Inez:
Growing up in Scandinavia in a family of designers shaped Annika’s reverence for details; Sweden’s open landscape and its quietude influenced her appreciation for the spiritual and aesthetic weight of negative space and the beauty of everyday moments around us. She was driven to express these ideas and her personal creativity through jewelry and objects when she moved to the colorful and bustling New York City. The juxtaposition of these two places and influences is central to Annika’s designs.
The Annika Inez brand is the culmination of her experiences and its aim is to make us feel good about ourselves within our personal environments. She seeks to emphasize that creating a personal, modular collection of objects can help center us and resolve feelings of disorientation; reject excess and seek the personally meaningful.
Annika Inez uses sustainable methods to source, produce, and package, and works with individual jewelers and artisans located in New York, who make each piece by hand, and an overseas factory made up of a small workforce of artisans and designers.
The team vets suppliers at great lengths to ensure our materials are not ethically compromised and are of the highest quality, and environmentally-mindful suppliers that use recycled materials. In order to produce jewelry that lasts long and does not wear away, we use high-quality materials with integrity.
ONLINE ORDER POLICY:
Orders will be processed within 48 hours and ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please anticipate 3-4 business days for orders to arrive. International orders will be shipped via USPS and take 7-10 business days.
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at email@example.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale merchandise, underwear, swimwear and beauty/apothecary products are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Also, due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for return and are final sale. Please see returns for more information. Sale items are eligible for return for store credit only. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact along with the original invoice/receipt. In order for shoes to be eligible for return, they must be unworn and in their original box. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
We gladly accept returns on items that meet the following requirements:
1. Return is requested by the customer within 3 days of delivery date. A valid RA number must be issued in order for a return to be accepted.
2. The item is returned to us within 14 days of order date.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact along with the original invoice/receipt. In order for shoes to be eligible for return, they must be unworn and in their original box. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refunds is processed. Online orders may not be returned in store.
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept and will not process international returns.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 days of RMA creation for the package to be accepted. To request a return, please create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) online by by emailing us at email@example.com.
Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days in the original form of payment. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense.
