Today is Fashion Revolution Day, which honors the1133 people who were killed when the Rana Plaza factory complex collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2013. Fashion Revolution Day urges consumers to demand more transparency in the supply chain and to say "enough is enough." In addition to sourcing products that are made with less impact on the environment, I also consider the product of each brand sold at KAIGHT. Nearly all of our collections are made in factories in the U.S., and a growing number of our products are made in collaboration with artisans in the developing world. These partnerships not only ensure positive working conditions, but also help elevate their standard of living by giving them steady employment.
