Job Duties:
Provide friendly and helpful customer service, while helping guide customers to the right style, fit and size
Manage customer service issues such as returns and product fulfillment

Assist with inventory management, including online order fulfillment, processing incoming deliveries, and processing returns.
General store maintenance and all that comes with maintaining a beautiful, aesthetic space, including general cleaning, sweeping, dusting, etc.
Readying incoming product for the sales floor: steaming, folding, hanging and merchandising inventory as needed.
Help to generate content for social media platforms
Cultivate and maintain good customer relationships
Be able to work collaboratively with coworkers and share responsibilities
